Shipping policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

Your order will be packed and started shipping within 24 hours after you made the purchase. Your order will be at your door within 14 days after starting shipping.

And if your order is under 50USD,we will ask you to charge the tracking number fee 9$,and then when we ship the order to you we will offer a tracking number for you.

After we ship the order to you,there will be a tracking number for you,and the system of the website serice will send an email to you,if you did not receive the email,please check your SPAM mail box,the email will be there.

Please note that shipping time may be affected by many factors such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you are unable to receive packages within 4 weeks, please let us know.

For international shipping, the recipient is responsible for all customs fees charged by his/her country. As customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order to comply with your country's laws and regulations.

The address we ship to must be the shipping address that the customer enters at checkout of the order (which will appear in the purchase notification email). Do not forget to provide the correct shipping address, once the package has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. And we are not responsible for the loss of any item due to a wrong or undeliverable address.
